Our establishment has been from a family group with indigenous roots of the Otomí ethnic group in Mexico State, Mexico, hence the name Endotzi which means "Pulque Engranisado".

What began as a family business, now it makes of Hongo Zeta Endotzi SPR de RL Group the largest producer of mycelium’s mushrooms and Huitlacoche, as well as the production and packaging of mushrooms and Huitlacoche processed in Mexico and Latin America, working internationally with countries like Spain, England, and France.
